North Park Lake is melting.

After a crazy year of covid-19, Spring strarts with a thaw. Today Jean is running the Spring Thaw day race.Races around the park were a norm before covid. But 2020 madeNorth Park a ghost town. So today was a return to normal.

While she is running, I decided to take a walk around North Park Lake. Its the last day of February, cold and raining. The perfect day for photos. As I walked, I noticed a mist coming off the lake. The ice was breaking up and the temperature was rising. A perfect day for fog. . I can’t remember the last time I saw a 5k race along the lake. but it was refreshing. The rain mixing with the lake Ice caused an amazing fog.
