THE JOY OF A CHILD Childrens hospital is there to cure. It’s stressfull. How can you tell a child they are sick. Or the doctors will make magic. It’s true today as it was in 1996. Magic will cure anything. Some of the most enjoyable stories are the simplest ones. Assateague Island Photos are more then just memories. the story behind the photo is more interesting. Assateague Island encompasses a 37-mile-long barrier island, adjacent marsh islands and waters in Maryland and Virginia, and the Assateague Island Visitor Center on the Maryland mainland. 41,346 acres of land and water are within the seashore’s boundaries. The island consists of three public areas; Assateague Island National Seashore (managed by the National Park Service), Assateague State Park (managed by the Maryland Park Service of the Department of Natural Resources) and Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge(managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service). Photos tell stories. They give us a glimpse into the past. My father covered the Penguins from the beginning. It was very different back then. We all know the Pittsburgh Penguins of today. Sidney Crosby,Kris Letang and Evgeni Malkin. But the team was around way before Mario Lemieux. In 1967 the NHL add six new teams. The orginal 6 and the new 6. The Penguins were part of the new 6.
