For most cities you need an aircraft to see the city from above. Our hills and rivers make it different. Over a river and through a tunnel is how you get there. How to get to Mount Washington If you are downtown take te “T” our subway to Station square Then Take the Incline to the top of Mount Washington How to get there From downtown Pittsburgh take the “T”. The “T” is Pittsburgh Subway. Its free downtown to the Northshore. To get to Mount Washington take the “T” to Station Square. Then the Mongahela Incline to the upper station.
